Our process begins with an initial consultation to discuss your needs, preferences, ideas, timelines, and expectations. The consultation should take approximaley 1 hour and can either be in person, telephone, or via a vidieo call. This will enable Arch-Tech-Designs to gather the information needed to provide a detailed summary of services and quote, for your consideration.

Arch-Tech-Designs will, upon acceptance of the quote, proceed with the conceptual design and layouts, incorporating the clients preferences and ideas. Working closely with the client, the preliminary design (plans, elevations, & sections) will be completed for the clients review & to obtain material and labour estimates.

The final design stage will transform the preliminary design set to incorporate additional details and annotations needed for permit ready construction drawings.

Arch-Tech-Designs also provides a number of Project Management services that may give you some peace of mind during the construction stage. 

No, there will be no need to visit our office. The initial consultation is best held at your current residence, a favorite nearby coffee shop, or via an online call to discuss your requirements, timeline, budget, and expectations.

Most ongoing communication throughout the process will be completed by phone, text, and email. Only one or two additional  meetings should be needed to review and confirm the final design.

Yes, Arch-Tech-Designs carries the regular type of Architect/Engineer insurance policy. 

Arch-Tech-Design offers conceptual spacial planning, architectural design, preliminary design, drafting services, final design, construction drawings (permit ready), 3D visualizations, 3D renderings, and project management services.

The cost of each design package would be based on it's size and complexity.

The design service estimate is based on several factors, including the square footage of living space, garage, and decking, as well as the number of living levels, and any additional roofscape details.
